Calhoun County, FL 2009/1/14

Margie C. Laramore

We recently purchased precinct supply bags for each of the polling places in our county. We used them for the November general election, and our poll workers absolutely loved them. We've had many compliments about how roomy and easy to use they are.? We've also used them for voter education to transport supplies to schools, community centers, and other locations, and believe the purchase of these supply bags was one of the best investments we've made recently. ?The folks at Tutto were extremely helpful with our purchase, and we received the supply bags promptly after ordering them.? We highly recommend the precinct supply bags and the Tutto company to anyone looking for convenience and value.

The Tutto bags were a life saver for Kern. We just loved them and so did our poll workers. Thank you so much for your cooperation throughout the entire transaction. You are awesome to deal with and your product is wonderful.

We used the bags to transport provisional ballot kits, spoiled ballot envelope, unscanned ballot envelope, OSX tape envelope and a clear plastic folder containing all the forms that need to be completed and returned on election night.  Election night the poll workers placed the voted ballots in the large compartment, completed the forms in the clear portfolio and also repacked all the envelopes that were sent out in the morning.  The clerks like the bags for the convenience.  It was easy to pull into the precinct.  And the bag could be used to place the sealed boxes of blank ballots.  We were able to collapse the bags and store all bags until the next election.

First of all, I want to say that these bags make the storing and transport of suppliers a lot easier and everyone from management to the poll workers were pleased. Now the reason why we requested different colors was for organizational purposes. We use the red bags for our polling sites and the blue for the voting precincts.

Our county recently purchased the Tutto Election bags and used them for the first time. The feedback from our poll workers has been wonderful. They all love the ease of moving the supplies to and from the polling places and our staff was very pleased with the ease of use and the flat storage of the bags. Thank you so much for a great product!

Our pollworkers found your bags to be sturdier and easier to handle than the bags we had been using. Because our ballots are printed in two languages, they are usually 18 inches long. Some of our precincts have 3,000 or more registered voters. Your product allows us to transport more ballots and larger ballots per bag while still being manageable for most of our workers.

We purchased 60 election bags (22 inch) a little over a year ago and are very glad that we did. We used the free one that you sent to Sheila when we taught our inspector classes. We showed the inspectors what the new bags were going to look like and how easily they rolled. We also showed them how simple it was going to be access their Election Day materials. We compared your bag to one of our old green canvas ones. [Shortly after Sheila got her bag, I purchased a bag for myself so that we would each have one for our classes. As you know, everything in our office has to be equal and my commissioner was very upset that we only got one bag.].Quite a while ago, Sheila and I talked about possibly putting our election bags inside of our new voting machines, but until we got our machines, didn¡¦t know whether or not they would fit. Anyway, Sheila and I checked earlier today and our bag will fit inside of our Sequoia ImageCast machine. There appears to be enough room inside for the 24 inch bag. Needless to say, at election time we plan on packing our election bags and then placing them inside of our voting machine so that when the machine is delivered to the polls, the bag will be there also. We are planning on having the chairman of the inspectors meet the county technicians at the polling place, at which time they will receive the keys to the machine. Our bags are sealed with numbered cable ties so no other keys are needed. I can¡¦t tell you how happy we are, the commissioners are, and our inspectors are with this purchase. Your bags are sturdy yet lightweight, the roll easily (which is a definite plus for some of our more mature inspectors) and they hold everything the inspectors need for an election with room to spare. We are very pleased that we met you at the ECA Winter Conference of 2007 in Kerhonkson. Your bags were a wonderful investment for our county.Don¡¦t hesitate to tell other counties that they can call us if they have questions or concerns. You have a terrific product and we are pleased to know that we were the first county in New York .State purchase your bags.

This is Gail Hatfield and I just had to write you and tell you how much I love the election supply bags we purchased earlier this year. I saw your demonstration at our annual conference last year and decided these bags would be perfect for our election judges.I was right! They loved the bags! This past Primary in February, I put everything that goes out to the precincts in just one election supply bag for each precinct, except for the voting unit and the poll books. I almost got the poll books in there too! Instead I used the handy straps that are attached to the sides, laid the poll books on top and strapped them down! Now all the judges had to do was
show up, pick up supplies and walk away wheeling one! Just one! Election supply bag with everything in it!I fit all of our ballots inside, paper work, binders, signs, handicap signage, paper rolls, keys and all supplies needed to put on an election. I even had some room left over! The bags are
so roomy and hold so much. The zipper pockets on the side give additional room to the bag. I can¡¦t thank you enough Tutto for these Election Bags! No more lifting heavy bags! No more straining of our election judges backs! Just take the easy pull handle and wheel away with all of the Election Day supplies! Thanks for making my life so much easier and for making the election judges so happy! And after Election Day, we just empty all the contents, collapse the bags down and store them on a small shelf til we are ready to fill them up again! No more giant bins to store and take up all the space! Thanks Tutto!

We use the Precinct Supply Bags (5224EB) to pack Election Judge supplies. These bags are picked up by the Judges and used at the polling places. They are packed with the Chief Judges Official Results Binder (a 3" binder that contains all reports, procedures and instructions for Judges), cell phone, landline phone, radio for direct office contact, trash bag, voter update forms booklet (about 50 pages), voter access cards, poster board for zero tapes and end of day tapes from touchscreen units to be posted at the polling place, "I Voted"stickers, 15" clip board for Judges, provisional ballot voting booth, Judges manual (a 2" binder with all issues and procedures covered at training class), highlighters, pens, pencils, paper clips, tape dispenser, stapler, duct tape, masking tape, tagboard with all posters glued to it, all polling place signs, small tool kit containing screwdriver, pliers, receptacle tester, paper & ribbons for voting units, calculator, scissors, flashlight, rubber bands, rulers tape measure, boundary tape, and anything else we can fit into the bag. We used to use cardboard boxes but they were not durable and often were returned in pieces. We then went to plastic tubs, but they too did not last long holding that much weight in them; plus the Judges had a hard time picking them up and moving them because they were too bulky and heavy. These supply bags are the greatest because they are on wheels, making it easy for our Judges to maneuver them to their vehicles and from their vehicles to the polling place. Our Judges were very pleased with our purchase.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you again for introducing us to the large, rolling cases that we now use for elections. They are perfect! One side we use to put in election signs and the other side - because it zips wide open on 3 sides is so easy to put in the ballots. It holds all the ballots that I need for even the biggest of elections....and the DPW men really appreciate the fact that the ballot carrying case is now on wheels. Plus it makes it a lot easier for election workers to maneuver the ballots if they need to move it. Thanks again - this was a great solution for us and we appreciate your being a vendor to the clerks.

I want to tell you how much we love the TUTTO Election on Wheels canvas ballot bags we purchased from you. They are truly amazing. Previously we had metal box shaped containers with thin handles. We had to lift them up and carry them full of ballots. They were heavy even for the maintenance men we hired to transport our equipment to the precincts. The TUTTO bags are so easy to maneuver we can do it with one finger. They hold more ballots then the cans did. I particularly like that they have a metal framework that is so strong that I can sit on the bag and it will support my weight along
with a full compartment of ballots. Because of the framework, everything stays in place and doesn¡¦t shift off to the side like the other bags without a framework at twice the cost.I also like the convenience of folding the empty containers up to a 3¡¨ width for storage. It takes up so much less space than the metal cans.Every one of my Precinct Chairpersons came back to the office on Election night and raved about the containers. I¡¦ve spoiled them now and they will never settle for less in the future. Again, thank you for producing such a wonderful product.

I just wanted to let you know how much Fresno County likes the luggage that we purchased from your company. As you know we replaced our old and very heavy supply bags which had two wheels with the Tutto bags¡K It is so easy for our warehouse staff to work with the Tutto bags. The precinct inspectors love the fact that the bags are easy to wheel to and from their car on election day as well as having amply room for the supplies¡KSince these bags fold up into a very slim bag, they are easy to
store in between elections...

San Juan County recently purchased from your company the small carts to use for supplies going out to the polling places and then as a means of transporting paper ballots in a locked ballot box (9x8x15) back to our office¡KWe were so glad to have used the Tutto carts. They were everything we thought they would be and more¡KI would recommend your cart to any election administrator. They made our life easier.
