I really enjoy the ease of this carrier when walking through the airport. I have an emotional support animal so he can sit on my lap when flying and I put the carrier in the overhead compartment. I think you could really expand your customer base and dominate the market if you made the roller with wheels that flip up to scoot the carrier under the seat. I use the medium carrier. I really appreciate how well and thought out the carriers are made. Appreciate your product!
