IMPORTANT!
Measure your bag from outer edge of the frame by
length and width only. Do NOT measure your puller bar.
This pullbar telescopic extends when in use and shortened to secure under Velcro strap or storing in rear compartment.
This regular pullbar extends for total length of 23 inches will not fit under the Velcro strap on 17" small carry-on.
